What we expect from suppliers
We work with manufacturers and distributors that share our standards. Before and during cooperation we expect every supplier to meet the following requirements.
Working conditions
No child labour and no forced or compulsory labour. Fair wages and working hours in line with local law. Safe and healthy workplaces with proper training and protective equipment. Freedom from discrimination and harassment.
Environment
Compliance with environmental laws and permits. Responsible handling of chemicals and waste. Efforts to reduce energy use, emissions and packaging waste.
Business integrity
Accurate documents, honest pricing, no bribery and full cooperation with audits and inspections.
Product quality and safety
Production to the approved specification and sample, traceable materials and valid certificates for the products supplied.
How we check
Company verification before the first order, factory audits by visit or video, inspections during and after production and regular review of supplier performance. Suppliers that do not meet these requirements and do not correct them are removed from our supplier base.
