What we need from you

- A clear brief
- What the product should do, who it is for, examples you like and the retail price you aim for.
- Volume
- How many units for the first order. Minimum quantities depend on the product and are stated in the quote.
- Market requirements
- Where you will sell, so we can plan labels, certificates and registration documents.
Questions
Who owns the formula and the design?
Your brand, logo and packaging design are yours. For formulas, ownership depends on the agreement with the factory: we agree it in writing before development starts.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and the packaging. Simple products start from a few hundred units, custom packaging usually needs more. You get the exact numbers in the quote.
How long does it take?
Samples usually take two to four weeks. Production and delivery depend on the product and route, and are stated in the quote.
Can you help with certificates?
Yes. We collect the documents the factory has and tell you what is needed for your market before production starts.
