What data we collect
When you send the request form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, delivery country and the content of your request. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, to perform the contract. The legal basis is your request and the steps needed before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Requests that did not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months. Data related to contracts is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who can see it
Only our staff and, when needed to fulfil your order, our suppliers, inspectors, carriers and customs brokers. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where it applies, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to info@nectustrade.com. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
