We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments in any form, directly or through others. Gifts and hospitality must be modest and never influence a business decision.
Know your partner
We verify the identity and registration of our clients and suppliers before entering into contracts, and keep records of the checks we make.
Legal compliance
We comply with the trade, customs, tax and product safety laws that apply to each transaction. Payments go only by bank transfer between company accounts, under written contracts and invoices.
Product safety
We supply products that meet the safety requirements of the destination market and keep the documents that prove it.
Data protection
We protect the personal and business data entrusted to us and use it only for the purpose it was provided for.
