Clear steps, written terms and a full set of documents for every order.
The steps of an order
You always know which step your order is at and what happens next.
Request
You send the product, quantity, requirements and delivery address. Specifications, photos or links help.
Offers
We contact suppliers, compare offers and send you a quote with price, timing and terms, usually within a few business days.
Samples
If needed, we order samples so you can check the product before committing.
Contract and prepayment
We sign a contract with the agreed price and quality standards. You pay the prepayment stated in it.
Production and inspection
We follow production and inspect the goods before they leave the factory.
Delivery and closing
Goods are delivered on the agreed terms. You pay the balance and receive all closing documents.
Terms and documents
- A contract for every order
- Product, specification, price, delivery terms, quality standards and responsibilities are fixed before we buy.
- Bank transfer only
- Payments go by bank transfer to our company account in EUR or USD, under the contract and invoice.
- Prepayment and balance
- The split between prepayment and balance depends on the order and is written in the contract.
- Full set of documents
- Contract, invoice, packing list, certificates, inspection report and transport documents.
Delivery terms
We work on standard Incoterms. The bar shows how much of the route Nectus takes care of.
You collect the goods at the factory or our warehouse.
We deliver goods to the ship at the port of export.
We pay freight and insurance to your port.
We deliver to your address, you handle import clearance.
Delivered to your door with import duties paid, where possible.
Questions
Do you work with small orders?
Yes. Many orders start with samples or a few pallets. The quote shows the real minimum for each product.
Can you buy from a supplier I already found?
Yes. We can check the supplier, negotiate, buy and arrange delivery, or only do the check and inspection.
Which currency do you invoice in?
EUR or USD, by bank transfer to our company account.
How fast do you reply?
We answer every request within one business day. A full quote with supplier offers usually takes a few business days.
What if goods arrive damaged or wrong?
The contract fixes the quality standards and what happens if they are not met. Inspection before shipment catches most problems while goods are still at the factory.
