Ordering
Do you work with small orders?
Yes. Many clients start with samples or a few pallets. The quote shows the real minimum order for each product.
How fast do you reply?
We answer every request within one business day. A full quote with supplier offers usually takes a few business days.
Can you buy from a supplier I already found?
Yes. We can check the supplier, negotiate, buy and arrange delivery, or only check the company and inspect the goods.
Can I combine products from different suppliers?
Yes. We consolidate goods from several factories and countries into one delivery.
Payment and documents
Which currency do you invoice in?
EUR or USD, by bank transfer to our company account.
Do I pay everything upfront?
No. The split between prepayment and balance depends on the order and is written in the contract.
What documents do I receive?
Contract, invoice, packing list, certificates where required, inspection report and transport documents.
Quality
How do you check suppliers?
We check registration, production, export experience, certificates and references before the first order.
What if goods do not meet the standard?
The contract fixes the standard and what happens if it is not met. Inspection before shipment catches most problems while goods are still at the factory.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, we can arrange a visit. We can also run a video audit if you cannot travel.
Delivery
Which delivery terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and, where possible, DDP. The term is stated in every quote.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product, production time and route. Every quote states the expected timing.
Private label
What is the minimum order for private label?
It depends on the product and packaging. Simple products start from a few hundred units, custom packaging usually needs more.
Who owns the design?
Your brand, logo and packaging design are yours. Ownership of formulas is agreed in writing with the factory before development.
