We verify suppliers before we buy and inspect goods before they ship. You get photos and a written report, not just a promise.
Before the first order
Every new supplier goes through these checks.
- Company registrationThe business licence is real, active and matches the company on the contract.
- Production capacityA factory, not a reseller: we check the production site by visit or video audit.
- Export experienceThe supplier has shipped abroad before and can prepare export documents.
- CertificatesProduct certificates and test reports are valid for your product and market.
- References and samplesFeedback from other buyers and samples tested against your requirements.
Inspections during the order
Choose the level of control that fits the order. For new suppliers we always do a pre-shipment inspection.
At 20 to 50% of production
During production
We catch defects early, while they can still be fixed on the line.
At 80 to 100% packed
Pre-shipment
Random sampling by AQL standard: quantity, look, function, packing and labels.
On loading day
Loading check
We confirm the right goods and quantity are loaded and packed safely.
A report you can read in a minute
After each inspection you get a short report with photos, measurements and a clear verdict. If something fails, we agree the fix with the factory before goods are shipped.
